Emerging from the enchanting landscapes of Italy, Vallorch return with their most ambitious project yet: The Circle. The album showcases the band’s evolution as a powerful force in the folk and symphonic metal scene, seamlessly blending signature folk elements with symphonic grandeur, intricate arrangements, and emotional depth. Building on their previous works—Neverfade (2013) and Until Our Tale Is Told (2017)—The Circle refines these elements into a cohesive and mature sound that balances melody, rhythm, and atmosphere.
The album’s concept revolves around the theme of night, exploring its dualities of introspection and celebration, solitude and connection. Vallorch draw on Cimbrian myths and Alpine folklore to weave stories that resonate on both personal and universal levels. From bombastic orchestrations to festive folk passages, the varied soundscape creates a rich and immersive listening experience.
