No returns and exchanges will be accepted. For returns and refunds due to reasons other than faulty products, the customer is to pay for all shipping costs and other fees, including but not limited to import tax, involved in the return of the products.
In the unlikely event of a damaged item or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will check our stock status and return the item or exchange it for a non-defective item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopify@wardrecords.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As the curtain falls on a career spanning more than four decades, SEPULTURA are preparing to close their final chapter at the end of this year. With over 40 years of band history, 14 gold records, and performances across more than 80 countries, SEPULTURA stand as one of Brazil’s most influential metal bands and a powerful presence on the global stage. Currently bringing their pioneering sound to audiences worldwide on the “Celebrating Life Through Death” tour, the band chose to mark this moment by capturing a final creative statement for posterity.
Today, SEPULTURA have released their final recorded music, The Cloud of Unknowing EP, available via Nuclear Blast Records. Vocalist Derrick Green stated about the album's focus track 'All Souls Rising': “The core idea for the track was inspired by a book by Madison Smartt Bell about the slave rebellion in 1780's Haiti. On a broader level, it speaks to what’s happening in society today how much can be changed when we come together beyond race, religion, and politics. It’s also about the changes we can make within ourselves.” The Cloud of Unknowing EP is a diverse and emotionally resonant release, with four tracks that showcase the band’s full creative range, reflecting both the intensity and depth that define SEPULTURA’s legacy.
